David Allemang is an R&D Engineer at Kitware, Inc. He holds a B.S. in computer science and a B.S. in mathematics from UNC Charlotte. Some of his computer science areas of focus are in high-performance computing and computer graphics. He served as vice president of the ACM student chapter at UNC Charlotte, where he helped lead their competitive programming teams. David enjoys building visualizations tools to help better understand mathematical concepts. He works on the technical implementation and software development of NousNav with Dr. Sam Horvath and Jean-Christophe Fillion-Robin at Kitware, and the team led by Dr. Alexandra Golby at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
